Nvelope manufacture rainscreen cladding support systems that are safe, economical, effective and available to purchase through JMR.

The systems are designed for architects and built for installers ensuring that the rainscreen cladding system supplied makes the life of the architect and the installer easier and more time effective therefore reducing overall costs.

Suitable for supporting even the most demanding cladding materials; NVELOPE design and supply via JMR – UK manufactured ‘off the shelf’ range of rainscreen cladding support systems, these systems carry a BBA certificate.

Nvelope cladding systems are manufactured from extruded aluminium alloys, conforming to both EN 573-3 and EN 755 . JMR hold extensive stocks of standard cladding support systems including brackets, extrusions and accessories in all configurations; to ensure fast and convient delievery.

NVELOPES Project Checklist means all NVELOPE cladding systems can be engineered to project specific requirements.

The requirements for each façade and cladding system are always different and depend on factors such as local wind loads, height of the façade, substrate being fixed to, selected cladding material and the cladding zone. We offer a full support service providing the architect with; potential cost savings, project specific static calculations, thermal calculations, setting-out information and m2 budget pricing. Nvelope systems are available as NBS plus specification clauses and with autoCAD files.

NVELOPE systems start with a support bracket, ‘helping hand’ bracket, which can be secured to stud, brick work or a steel substrate. The support brackets are supplied with hard PVC thermal isolators on the back. ‘T’ and ‘L’ profiles are then fixed to the support bracket using the fixed and floating / flexible points. The fixed point brackets absorb the panel’s dead load, whereas the floating / flexible point absorb wind loading and allow for expansion and contraction. NVELOPE brackets allow for adjustment between the face of the primary substrate and the façade.

NV1 is a back frame system suitable for face fixing cladding materials such as; ACM, Aluminium, copper and zinc along with a wide range of other façade materials for vertical applications.

NV2 is a secret fix system for vertical cladding applications, using structural bonding (Sika). This system is suitable for a number of cladding materials including ACM, Aluminium, copper and stainless steel.

NV6 is a system that provides timber batten support allowing the application of vertical or horizontal facades. The timber battens are supported using NVELOPE carrier brackets. The supported timber battens allow for a plywood substrate to be fixed to the exterior, making this system suitable for a metal standing seam façade or timber cladding.

NV7 is suitable for cassette panels such as ACM or ZCM in vertical applications. It is secured using cassette hangers to provide a concealed fixing.
